When will I receive my order?

  • Orders typically ship within 48 hours and arrive in 5–10 business days.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • A $200 shipping surcharge applies to the Fluidity Rx Original Stability Devices shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • A $500 shipping surcharge applies to the Fluidity Rx Dual Deluxe Devices shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • Please note: Orders do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is the footprint of each Fluidity Rx Stability Device?

  • Original Fluidity Rx Stability Device: 43” wide × 74” long (in use), folds flat to 5” high for storage. Weight ~55 lbs. Rolls on wheels.
  • Dual Deluxe Fluidity Rx Stability Device: 52” wide × 111” long (both sides open), folds to 20” long when closed. Weight ~174 lbs. Rolls on wheels.

Who can use the Fluidity Rx Stability Device?

  • Always consult your physician before starting a new exercise program.
  • The Original Fluidity Rx Stability Device supports up to 300 lbs.
  • The Dual Deluxe supports up to 400 lbs. per side.
  • Designed for women and men of all fitness levels.
  • Users under 18 should only use with adult supervision.

What is your return policy?

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (from date of delivery).
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@fluidityrx.com within 30 days to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number).
  • Returns must be:
    • Postmarked within 30 days
    • In re-sellable condition (ideally in original packaging)
    • Clearly labeled with RA# on the outer box
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmed return receipt.
  • Once our warehouse has received and confirmed your return, please allow 7 business days for a refund to be issued. If it has been longer than 7 business days, please contact us.
  • We do not take responsibility for any lost packages, so it is important you maintain your Tracking Information with your chosen carrier.
  • Late returns cannot be accepted.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders ship quickly from a third-party warehouse, so cancellations are not possible once processed.
