When will I receive my order?
All Fluidity Barre orders are shipped within 48 hours and should arrive in 5-10 business days. Customers who provide an email address will receive a ship confirmation email including your tracking number once the order ships. There is a $199 shipping surcharge for all Fluidity Barre System orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays. At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
What is the footprint of the Fluidity Barre?
The Original Fluidity Barre is 43 inches wide by 74 inches long when open for use, and folds down to 5 inches high for storage. It weighs approximately 55 pounds and rolls on wheels for the ultimate portability. The Deluxe Fluidity Barre is 52 inches wide by 81 inches long when open for use, and folds into 14 inches long when closed. It weighs approximately 112 pounds; and rolls on wheels. The Dual Deluxe Barre is 52 inches wide by 111 long when both sides are open for use. It folds into 20 inches long when closed. It weighs approximately 174 pounds; and rolls on wheels.
Can anyone use the Fluidity Barre?
We recommend that you always consult your physician before starting any new exercise program; however, women and men of all fitness levels have achieved dramatic results with the Fluidity Barre. The Original Fluidity Barre has a 300-pound weight limit. The Deluxe and Dual Deluxe (each individual side) has a 400-pound weight limit. Anyone under 18 years of age using this product should do so only with adult supervision.
What results can I expect with Fluidity?
This is a whole-body workout that delivers long, lean muscles. You will flatten your stomach, slim the front of your thighs, develop muscle tone on the back of your legs, eliminate the love handles, lift and tighten your seat, and improve your posture and flexibility.

What is your return policy?
All our hard goods products are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee starting on the date of receipt of order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and would like to return your order, email us at info@fluidity.com within 30 days of receipt of order to request a RA# (Return Authorization Number.) To be eligible for a refund, your return must have the RA # visible on the outer box/package and it be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of order. Plus, your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition and ideally in the original packaging because the box and foam surrounding the products protects their safe return. Ship your package using a trackable shipping method and keep tracking details for your records as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Upon receipt of your return to our warehouse, within 3 days, you will be refunded your full purchase price, not including return shipping and handling. Late returns are not accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your Fluidity products arrive as soon as possible. This happens at a third-party warehouse. Because of this the only change we can make after the order is placed is an address change with the shipping carrier who charges us $15 to do this and we pass that fee on to you. We'll do our best to accommodate any address change requests but cannot guarantee the change can be made. It will be the decision of the shipping carrier.

How does the Fluidity Barre Online Class Subscription Work?
All of our Digital Products auto renew. You can cancel future billing at any time. No questions asked. Just email us at info@fluidity.com prior to your next billing cycle to cancel your subscription and terminate future billing.
