Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $150. For orders under that amount, a flat rate of $9.95 applies to a single product and $14.95 for two or more products. A $200 shipping surcharge applies to Fluidity Rx Original Stability Device orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. A $500 shipping surcharge applies to Fluidity Rx Dual Deluxe Stability Device orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays, and we are unable to ship to PO boxes. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Fluidity Rx products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied and would like to return your order it is eligible, so long as:

1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition and ideally in the original packaging because the box and foam surrounding the products protects their safe return.
2. Your return request is submitted, and product is shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Socks that have been worn are not eligible to be returned for an exchange or refund. Our company assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased directly from Fluidity Rx.

To start a return, email us at support@fluidityrx.com to request a RA# (Return Authorization Number.) To be eligible for a refund, your return must have the RA # visible on the outer box/package and it be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of order.

Ship your package using a trackable shipping method and keep tracking details for your records, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Upon receipt of your return to our warehouse, you will be refunded your full purchase price, not including return shipping and handling. Late returns are not accepted.

Timing

Once our warehouse has received and confirmed your return, please allow 7 business days for a refund to be issued. If it has been longer than 7 business days, please contact us.

Refunds

All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. We will refund your full purchase price less shipping (if applicable) once your return is received at our warehouse address. Please be advised it is Fluidity Rx company policy that all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your Fluidity Rx products arrive as soon as possible. This happens at a third-party warehouse. Because of this no changes can be made after placing an order. All of our digital subscriptions can be canceled any time before the next billing cycle, ensuring no further charges.

Final Sale

Any items purchased as a final sale or refurbished may not be returned or exchanged.
