Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50 and all other orders we charge a flat rate fee of $9.95. There is a $199 shipping surcharge for all Fluidity Barre System orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays. At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Fluidity products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied and would like to return your order it is eligible, so long as:
- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition and ideally in the original packaging because the box and foam surrounding the products protects their safe return.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Socks that have been worn are not eligible to be returned for an exchange or refund. Our company assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased directly from Fluidity Direct LLC.
To start a return, email us at info@fluidity.com within 30 days of receipt of order to request a RA# (Return Authorization Number.) To be eligible for a refund, your return must have the RA # visible on the outer box/package and it be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of order.
Ship your package using a trackable shipping method and keep tracking details for your records, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Upon receipt of your return to our warehouse, you will be refunded your full purchase price, not including return shipping and handling. Late returns are not accepted.
Timing
Once our warehouse has received and confirmed your return, please allow 3 business days for a refund to be issued. If it has been longer than 7 business days, please contact us
Refunds
All refunds credited within 30 days of the original purchase date will be processed back to the original form of payment. We will promptly refund your full purchase price less shipping (if applicable) once your return is received at our warehouse address. Please be advised it is Fluidity company policy that all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your Fluidity products arrive as soon as possible. This happens at a third-party warehouse. Because of this the only change we can make after the order is placed is an address change with the shipping carrier who charges us $15 to do this and we pass that fee on to you. We'll do our best to accommodate any address change requests but cannot guarantee the change can be made. It will be the decision of the shipping carrier.

All our Digital Products can be canceled prior to their next payment cycle and will not be charged moving forward.

Any items purchased as a final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
