Fluidity Rx Warranty Information

Fluidity Direct, LLC provides the following limited warranty for new Fluidity Rx Stability Devices:

  • Parts Warranty: The device’s main components are covered for 60-days against defects in material and workmanship under normal use, when operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Frame Warranty: The steel frame is covered for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship under normal use, when operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Extended Coverage Option: Customers may purchase a Fluidity Rx Protection Plan for $199, which extends warranty coverage to 48 months and includes free replacement parts and steel frame coverage.

Please note: This warranty applies only to personal use and does not extend to any product used in a private or public club, health or recreational facility, or for institutional, rental, or commercial purposes. It is void if the device has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse, or if it has been repaired, disassembled, or altered by the consumer. This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from Fluidity Direct, LLC within the United States of America and to products that are used and remain located therein.

To request service during the applicable warranty period, the original purchaser must contact Fluidity Direct, LLC at support@fluidityrx.com. Fluidity Direct, LLC will repair the unit, provide replacement parts, or replace the unit at its discretion. All returns must be authorized by Fluidity Direct, LLC and accompanied by a return authorization number.

This Warranty Gives You Specific Legal Rights And You May Have Other Rights That Vary From State To State.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties. Fluidity Direct, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this product, and will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

Some States Do Not Allow The Exclusion Or Limitation Of Incidental Or Consequential Damages, So The Above Limitation Or Exclusion May Not Apply To You.

No claim is made by Fluidity Direct, LLC, express or implied, that this product meets the requirements of any safety code of any federal, state, municipal, or other jurisdiction. The original purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the product. Fluidity Direct, LLC does not recommend use of this product by individuals under 18 years of age, except under adult supervision. Any injuries that may occur as a result of use, whether proper or improper, are outside the scope of this warranty.
