If you are looking for an authentic, challenging barre workout, Fluidity is it. Specifically the NYC Real Class series. I have been doing Fluidity barre for 3 years and love it! Michelle does a great job of showing and explaining the proper form so you will for sure get the best results. I tell all my friends about Fluidity!
I love the bar, and as someone who used to dance it's perfect. I feel stronger every time I use it. My only suggestion is for someone who is a littl fit a good place to start.
I felt my muscles aching after the first work out. I felt great that I moved quickly to the intermediate level. The workout moves quickly and is calming and slow; no huffing and puffing or jumping around. Knowing that the concept of first stretching the muscle then working it increases the benefits by 20% is such a great motivator!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
This is a system that I see myself using for a long time. I like the workouts and stretching during the workout is very helpful for me. The ab section is very tough, but I'm working up to it and I can see myself getting stronger as the days go by.
This gives me a great workout as a supplement to my cardio. I've been using it at least four times a week. I look forward to my Fluidity workout! Great product!
