Well Done Fluidity

Since I became obsessed with barre at a local studio, I have wanted to find something I could use in my home, but everything I found was a joke. I had even looked into installing a wall mounted barre in my home. Not something my partner was very happy about. A Home Gym Must

I purchased the Deluxe Fluidity Barre as an addition to my home gym. Wow, this one piece of equipment has become my go to workout 2-3 times a week. The Deluxe Fluidity Barre rolls into place, you lower the floor board, set to your height and use it. Seriously easy. I love that I am using my own body weight. My entire body morphed into the best body I have every had and I function so much better. No more hip pain and great balance!
