Pelvic stability and core strength are the most vital elements of our ability to function properly and move effortlessly. Pelvic stability governs our spine allowing our core muscles to function properly and enabling optimal movement of our legs. When our pelvis is misaligned or imbalanced, it can no longer adequately support our spine; the spine loses its integrity leading to poor posture and lower back pain.
