WARRANTY INFORMATION

Fluidity provides a limited warranty for the lifetime of the original purchaser that the frame is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for which it was intended if used according to manufacturer’s instructions, with the exceptions stated below. All parts of the product besides the frame, including upholstery, foam, hardware, plastic parts, locking mechanism and finishes are subject to a limited warranty for 60 days from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.

This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been in any private or public club, health or recreational facility, or for any institutional, rental or commercial purpose. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse or that has been repaired or altered by the consumer. This warranty applies only to purchases made within the United States of America and to products that are used and remain located therein. In order to get service under this warranty during the applicable warranty period, the original purchaser must notify Fluidity by calling 866.229.9111. Fluidity will then either repair or replace the unit at its discretion. All returns must be authorized by Fluidity and accompanied by a return authorization number.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties. Fluidity neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this product and will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

There is no claim made by Fluidity express or implied, that this product meets the requirements of any safety code of any federal, state, municipal or other jurisdiction. The original purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the product. Fluidity does not recommend that people under 18 use this product. Anyone under 18 years of age using this product should do so only with adult supervision. Any injuries that may occur as a result of use of the product, whether proper or not, by persons of any age or weight, are outside the scope of this warranty.
