All Fluidity Bar orders are shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive in 3-4 weeks. All other orders are shipped via USPS Smart Post. To expedite your order and receive your items within 7-10 business days, select Priority Processing. Customers who provide an email address will receive a ship confirmation email including your tracking number once the order ships.

All authorized returns with a RA# and postmarked within 30 days of receipt of order will receive a full product refund less S&H charges. All other unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Late returns, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted. Any DVD (other than our Fluidity Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced 30-Day Trial workouts sold with our Ultimate Package) that has been opened or taken out of its plastic wrap is considered final sale and will not be accepted for return. Supplement bottles must be returned unopened. Opened bottles will not be accepted for return.
The Fluidity Bar is 33 inches wide by 43 inches long and folds down to 4 inches high. It weighs approximately 55 pounds, and rolls on wheels for the ultimate portability.
